Take a moment to thoroughly read the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) before using the CARRIER RUTE website, platform, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Service”) offered by RUTE INC (“CARRIER RUTE”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Your use of the Service is subject to your agreement to and compliance with these Terms. These Terms govern all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

1.1 Interpretation

In this Agreement, certain words and phrases are given specific meanings. These defined terms will apply whether they are used in singular or plural form and are always capitalized for clarity.

1.2 Definitions

Affiliate: Any organization or entity that is directly or indirectly controlled by, controls, or is under common control with CARRIER RUTE.

Account: A unique user profile that you create to access some or all parts of the Service.

Company: Refers to RUTE INC, also referred to in this Agreement “CARRIER RUTE”, “we”, “us” or “our.”

Content: Any form of material, such as text, images, files, data, or other media, that is submitted, uploaded, or otherwise made available through the Service by users.

Device: Any type of technology or hardware-such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet-that you use to access the Service.

Free Trial: A limited-time period during which access to the Service is provided at no cost.

Service: Includes all offerings provided through CARRIER RUTE’s website, mobile application, and platform.

Subscriptions: Includes all offerings provided through Carriera’s website, mobile application, and platform.

Website: Refers to the official CARRIER RUTE website, which can be accessed at (website link).

You / Your: The individual user or organization accessing or using the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Service is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all the terms, then you should not access or use the Service.

You must be 18 years old or older to use the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are at least this age.

3. User Accounts

In order to use some features of the Service, you may be required to register an account and provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You agree not to:

Impersonate another user

Use someone else's credentials without permission

Allow unauthorized individuals to use your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Period: In order to use some features of the Service, you may be required to register an account and provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Renewal and Cancellation: Your account will automatically renew if you enable auto-renewal. Otherwise, you’ll need to renew manually at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

Billing and Payment: You agree to provide correct billing information and a proper means of payment if asked for. In case of an unsuccessful or declined payment, we can withhold access until reconciled payment is made.

Price Changes: We have arrangements in place for price changes on subscription fees. We will give notice before changing the price. Ongoing use after the date of the effective change is deemed as consent.

Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable other than where a statute demands or at our discretion in exceptional situations.

5. Free Trials

CARRIER RUTE may offer free trials for a specified period of time. You may be required to relinquish payment information to begin a free trial. No payments will be charged until the trial period concludes, and the subscription will automatically activate unless previously canceled.

We reserve the right to change or terminate trial offers at any time.

6. Use of the Service

You promise to utilize the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all related laws and regulations.

You promise not to:

Upload or send illegal, offensive or abusive content

Interfere with platform operation or security

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Infringe on other people’s rights, including intellectual property rights

Utilize the Service to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or phishing

7. User-Generated Content

You can post, add, or submit content to the Service. You are the owner of content but license CARRIER RUTE to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it globally, royalty-free, solely for the sole purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content:

If it does not violate any laws or third-party rights

We are entitled to remove or restrict any material that is unsuitable or in breach of these Terms

8. Data Backup

We take periodic backups of user data, but we cannot ensure that data loss or corruption won't happen. Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of important data.

9. Intellectual Property

All material provided by CARRIER RUTE - including, but not limited to, logos, trademarks, design, and software - is the intellectual property of CARRIER RUTE or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute these materials without explicit permission.

10. Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, you can report it by sending a DMCA notice to:

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links to websites, tools, or services operated by third parties. These external services are not owned or controlled by CARRIER RUTE, and we are not responsible for their content, functionality, or privacy practices.

Your use of any third-party service is entirely at your own risk. We encourage you to review their terms and policies before engaging with them.

12. Termination

CARRIER RUTE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

Once your account is terminated, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may contact us to request the deletion of your account and any related data, in accordance with our (Privacy Policy).

You breach these Terms

Your subscription expires or payment is not successfully processed

You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity

13. Limitation of Liability

Based by the law, CARRIER RUTE will not be held responsible for:

The total liability paid by you shall not exceed $100 USD in the past 12 months.

Any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity

Damage caused by your use or inability to use the Service

Actions or failures of third parties who use our platform

14. Disclaimer

The Service is provided „as is" and „as available," and we warranties of any kind. We do not make any warranty that:

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

That the Service will be continuous or bug-free

That the content is accurate, complete, or trustworthy

That the Service is malware-free or other harmful material

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of the State of Illinois.

16. Dispute Resolution

You agree before taking legal action to attempt to resolve issues informally by emailing support@carrier.rute.co If not resolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration, except as otherwise barred by law.

17. Export and Legal Compliance

You will not employ the Service in violation of any export control regulations or sanctions. You warrant that you are not listed on a government list of prohibited individuals.

18. Severability and Waiver

In the event that a provision of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary. The failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

19. Changes to Terms

We can change or modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide you with a notice of at least 30 days via email or platform notification. Continuing to use after effective changes have occurred indicates you have accepted the revised Terms.
